QSL
I prefer to receive the QSLs electronically using LotW and eQSL. I use paper QSLs for WAS contacts. All contacts are logged on HRDlog.net, LotW, and eQSL. You may go to my logbook to check my log.

Unless you request a paper QSL, I will not send one. For my off-shore friends who do not use LoTW or eQSL, I generally use the bureau for confirmations because of the costs involved for both parties.

Thanks

March 2010 reminder

Since I use the bureau for outgoing QSL, you need to know that many countries have laws pertaining to who can receive QSL cards. If you are not a member of your national radio society, you might not receive cards I send.

According to the information on the ARRL web site, the following countries require stations to be members of their National Radio Society to receive cards via the Bureau.

Denmark       France       Germany       Hungary       Italy       Japan       Monaco
Norway      Poland       Portugal        Russia    South Africa     Sweden     Zambia

QSL Update

I had hopes of getting my QSL cards out back in August, but it is now December and I have yet to start on that task. I just got a batch of QSL cards from the Buro and need to answer them as well as the domestic cards that have arrived.

I am sorry that it is taking so long but ... I have bunches of excuses so I won't use them here. Hopefully I will have recovered my logs and found all of the cards that have come in so I can get the QSLs out soon.

QSL

I prefer to receive the QSLs electronically using LotW and eQSL. I am sending out paper QSLs for WAS contacts only. Outgoing WAS QSL and QSL replies have been delayed but hopefully they will go out by the middle of July. I apologise for the delays but things have been active aroiund here. As always all contacts are logged on LotW and eQS and uploaded immediately.
If you use eQSL please apply for AG status so that your QSL is useful for certificates. Even if we were just rag chewing, it would be nice to some day use your QSL for an award.
Unless you request a paper QSL, I will not send one. For my off-shore friends who do not use LoTW or eQSL, I generally use the bureau for confirmations because of the costs involved for both parties. A US IRC costs over $2.00 (€1.40) and postage to most places is $0.95. In many places it takes 2 IRCs to get a card back to the US - this is too expensive for many of us.
